What’s the deal with snot?

In this episode of “Ain’t That the Truth”, Sarah talks about the protective role that snot plays in the body, what it actually does, and what the rainbow of different colours can mean.

It helps us fight off infections. So even though it’s a bit gross, it’s necessary.

Often people get concerned if there’s green snot. People often believe it is the result of a bacterial infection.
